Avocado Salad Dressing

Yield: 3 cups

3 avocados, pureed

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 Tablespoons lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then chill for 30 minutes. Serve with a green or fruit salad.
