Official Feed the Town Brunswick Stew

Yield: Makes 75 gallons, Serves 600

Ingredients

210 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
12 additional pounds white meat, ground
100 lbs. onions
100 lbs. potatoes
12 gallons tomatoes
18 gallons butter beans
26 ounces salt
4 ounces red pepper
8 ounces black pepper
12 gallons corn
1/2 lb. butter

Directions:

Start cooking ground white meat and chicken in pot, covered with water. Bring to a boil. Add onions and potatoes. Add crushed tomatoes and stir well constantly. Add butter beans and seasonings. Add corn after cooking about 6 hours. Let corn cook 30 minutes; add butter. Turn heat off and continue cooking until served.
