Ingredients

3 cups Fruit flavored yogurt (use 2 different flavors, 1-1/2 cups of each)

Directions:

Place 1-1/2 cups of yogurt in blender and whirl until smooth. Pour or ladle yogurt into cups or mold*, filling halfway. Place 1-1/2 cups of the second yogurt flavor into blender and whirl until smooth. Pour or ladle yogurt into partially filled cups or mold until almost full. Cover with lid. Insert wooden stick in each. Freeze overnight.

Low fat or fat free yogurt will freeze faster than regular yogurt.

*Paper or plastic cups can be used in place of molds. Fill the cup with yogurt mixture. Cover the opening with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the foil and insert the stick.

Please note that some ingredients and brands may not be available in every store.
