Chunky Slow Cooker Hawaiian Beef

Ingredients

boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1- inch pieces
|

(20 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained
|

|

green pepper, cut into 1- inch pieces
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

barbecue sauce
|
|

| 1/4 |
cup |
Italian salad dressing
|
|
|
| 2 |
teaspoons |
dried oregano
|
|
|
| 3 |

hot cooked rice
|
|
|
Directions:
Melt butter in a 12- inch skillet until sizzling; add beef pieces. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Remove from skillet.
Place beef in slow cooker; top with pineapple and green pepper. Pour barbecue sauce and salad dressing over mixture in slow cooker; sprinkle with oregano. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 7 hours, or until meat is tender.
Spoon beef over rice.
