Speedy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

9 oz. frozen, fully cooked, chicken breasts, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup grapes, red or green seedless, halved
2 tablespoons pecan pieces
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Optional:
lettuce leaves
crackers

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and crackers; mix well. Refrigerate until cold.

Place lettuce leaves on individual plates; scoop chicken mixture onto lettuce. Serve with assorted crackers if desired. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
