Shrimp and Citrus Spinach Salad

Ingredients

(10 ounce) baby spinach

cooked shrimp
|
|

|
navel orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces
|
|
1 |
|
red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces
|
|
1 |
|
cucumber, very thinly sliced
|
|
1 |
|
avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
|
|
|
|
Prepared poppy seed salad dressing to taste
|
|
Directions:
Place baby spinach in a large bowl.
Toss shrimp, orange, grapefruit, cucumber and avocado with spinach.
Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve at once.
