Black Bottom Pie

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

1 (9- inch) prepared graham craker crust
1/3 cup butter
4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 package (3 oz) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 oz) chocolate bar to make chocolate curls for garnish

Directions:

In a small saucepan, heat butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Spread on bottom of pie crust; set aside.

Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Spread into pie crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
