Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients

bulbs fresh fennel, sliced thin

mayonnaise
|
|

Salt, to taste
|

Pepper, to taste
|
|
|
Directions:
Julienne slice the apple and fennel. Combine with mayonnaise to create coleslaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
