Hot Turkey and Ham Canapes

Ingredients

baguette, cut into 40 slices

1/4 |
cup |
butter, softened
|
|

cup |
shaved turkey breast, finely chopped
|
|
1 |
cup |
shaved honey ham, finely chopped
|
|
3/4 |
cup |
whipped topping
|
|
3/4 |
teaspoon |
curry powder
|
|
2/3 |
cup |
chutney
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Brush one side of each baguette slice with butter.
Place baguette slices, butter side up on cookie sheet. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Mix turkey, ham, whipped topping and curry powder. Spoon mixture onto buttered side of baguette slices. Top each with 1/2 tsp chutney. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes or until warm and slightly bubbly.
