Fresh Fruit Dip
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients

(8 oz.) lemon yogurt

blanched almonds, chopped and toasted

grated orange rind
|
|

Tablespoons |
orange juice
|
|

apples, sliced
|

cantaloupe, cubed
|

strawberries
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
