Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (banana sliced, orange wedges, strawberries, raspberries)
3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

In blender, puree yogurt and fruit until smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste.

Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze 30 minutes. Transfer to blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour slushy mixture into molds* or cups. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.

Low fat or fat free yogurt will freeze faster than regular yogurt.

*Paper or plastic cups can be used in place of molds. Fill the cup with yogurt mixture. Cover the opening with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the foil and insert the stick.

Please note that some ingredients and brands may not be available in every store.
