Fiesta Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients

ribeye steaks (1/2 lb each)

lime juice

(2 oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
|

flour tortillas, warmed
|
|

prepared salsa
|
|
Directions:
Sprinkle steaks with lime juice. Place steaks on grill over medium heat. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Top steaks with cheese. Serve with tortillas and salsa.
