Quick Sausage and Salsa Skillet

Ingredients

cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick

chunky salsa

|

(15.5 oz.) hominy, drained

shredded Montery Jack cheese

|
Directions:
Cook onion, pepper and sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and hominy, stir and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
