Sausage Cheese Biscuits
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients

(10 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1 |
package |
(8 ounce) brown and serve sausage links, sliced into quarters
|
|
2 |
|
eggs
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
cheddar cheese, shredded
|
|
3 |
Tablespoons |
green onions, chopped
|
|
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Roll out each biscuit into a 5- inch circle; place each in an ungreased muffin cup.
Brown cut sausage in a skillet; drain. Divide sausages among muffin cups.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese and onions; spoon 1 tbsp into each cup. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
