Old Fashioned Fizz

egg whites

heavy cream

|
|

gin

confectioner's sugar

|
Directions:
In shaker combine lemon, (juiced), ice, egg whites, heavy cream, gin and sugar; shake well. Strain into 8 ounce fizz glass.
